NBA Playoffs & Final four

I know that I make myself boring with the topic of the basketball, but in this epoch it is when all the leagues finalize. But not all basketball leagues finish with the same system. There are different ways to do champion one team, and in this entrance I want to explain you both of them, the most important.

Firstly, in NBA the system to elect a champion is play 82 matches as a completely season. In these matches, we can differentiate teams by two coasts of USA, the east coast and the west. Teams of his respective coast play fighting to include themselves in the final step called: "Playoffs". In this finals, there are the best 16 teams of the league separated in 8 to 8, by the coast, how I've explain you before. Then, teams have to win series which the best of 7 matches pass to next eliminatory. So we can say the final is between the best team of each coast.


Based on NBA system, European basketball leagues do the same system without the variety of coasts. The best 8 teams of league dispute themselves the title of champion. But it is the same chase of the final four? It isn't. In Europe the final four four consists on the best 4 teams have passed eliminatories fight in two days to the title of European champion.

Today, the playoffs are been playing by Lakers, Suns, Spurs, Hawks, Nuggets, Bucks, Cavaliers, Celtics, Mavericks, Heat, Trail Blazers, Bulls and Thunders, and the final four will be played this evening with Barça in the final against Olympiakos.
